Say what you are good at, so when somebody local needs it we know who to ask. Nobody is scored on it and nobody owes anybody anything.

A trailer beats a phone tree
A tree comes down on somebody’s yard and the first question a leader has is not who wants to help. It is who has a chainsaw, who has a truck, and who has done it before without hurting himself.
Tick what applies, add anything we have not thought of, and say what you own that would make a job possible. Being handy enough to help is the bar, not being a professional.
Only the men who lead your squad ever see it. It is not on your public profile, and you can clear the whole thing and come off the list at any time.
