Showing up for people
Service projects
A tree down across the drive, a hard move, a yard nobody has touched in a year. Most of these are jobs a few men can finish in a morning, for each other and sometimes for families, schools and neighbors who need a hand.
Nobody keeps score and nobody owes anybody afterward.

On the list
What we’re working on
Each project lists when it is, how many hands it needs and what to bring. Open one to see how to help.
Know somebody who could use a hand? They don’t have to be a member. Tell us about them and a leader will take a look.
Skills and gear
A trailer beats a phone tree
When a project comes up, the first question isn’t who wants to help. It’s who has a chainsaw, who has a truck, and who has done this before without hurting himself. Half of what a squad needs is already in the group.
Tell us your trades, tools and gear so we know who to call. Being handy enough to help is the bar, not being a professional. Only your squad leaders see it, and you can get off the list anytime by emailing info@dadsquad.org.
