What it takes
One night a month, one place, and you.
A squad is a standing night at a restaurant or a park, ten or twenty dads who know each other’s names, and one man who makes sure it happens.
The existing leaders bring the name, a page on this site so dads can find you, the other city leaders on a group text, and help getting the first night off the ground.
You do not need a big group, experience running anything, or a plan beyond the first night.
